InTransit is deployed per user by Click Once in order not require Administrator Priveleges on Windows Vista and Windows 7, however this may lead to other users on the same machine being unable to access the SQL Database.
Follow the steps below to grant the user permission:
Start->All Programs->Microsoft SQL Server 2005->Configuration Tools
SQL Server Surface Area Configuration.

Add new Administrator

Type the username you wish to grant access to.
Click on the ">>" button to assign the permission
Click on OK.
