Once we have developed a custom component for your system it needs installed the following procedure will show you simple it is to install your customization.

We will, by email send you an installer file in "msi" format, run this file;

Default Rates

The Standard Rate inside InTransit work in the following manner:

On The Customer Details Form, add a rate per mile for each vehicle group

Inside the Vehicle Details Add the Vehicle to that Vehicle Group

Job Add a mileage manually or calculated and allocate a vehicle with a rate set and click "Calcluate" to the right of the quoted invoice amount.

We will review and confirm by email within three business days with confirmation and a formal quote of cost and timescales
On acceptance of quote for cost and timescales by you, we will begin work
On or before our quoted deadline, We will send out a water marked ("sample" across the page) version
You can use it inside your InTransit System and review compatibility
Make your Payment of £100 7.
We Send the un-watermarked version

Rates

The default rates inside the free version of InTransit work on the following structure;

Charge per mile by Vehicle Group by Customer.

Sometimes this is not sufficient for your business model, don't panic we can customize the rate structure within InTransit.

If you wish to discuss changing your rate calculation within InTransit please send an email to support@intrans.it in the first instance.

As every business is different each project will be given due care and attention and our development team will work with you on your requirements.
